Is there a coach in Mississippi for beginers level?

I will be transferring to Jackson, Mississipi this summer.
My daughter has just started learning diving and I would
like her to continue the same once we move. Is there any
coach and diving club in that area within 50 miles of
radius? I searched online but couldn't find any dive
facility listed for Mississippi. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Ravin - I wish I had better news for you but in all my years of being involved with this sport I never have heard of any team or coach from that state. I looked in all my usual places on line to find a team but with no luck. The only reason I can come up with is that there is no major aquatic facility with deep water and diving equipment in Jackson that would attract a diving coach. When you get to that city, I would look up the high schools and colleges within a 50 mile radius and contact them to see if they have diving pools. There may be coaches in Jackson but they choose not to join USA or AAU diving organizations.That is why I cannot find a team for you. Sorry.
