new sets and drills for an old coach who is tired of the same old drills

Question
Hi.  I am a veteran age group swim coach.  Lately, I struggle to write work-outs for my swimmers because I am tired of the same sets and drills.  I seem to lack enthusiasm anymore but I can't imagine NOT coaching anymore.  I am in a slump and would like to know where I can get some work-out sets and drills that are new!  (Especially butterfly drills)

Answer
Sandy--
If you are looking for new drills and sets, check out books by James Councilman(one of the best), George Haines(i don't know if anything is out there) or try the forums at the U.S. Swimming website at www.usaswimming.org.
Hope this helps get you unslumped, I've been there I know what you are going through.
Good Luck,
George
