My son is a competitive gymnast (12yrs old) and is interested in a serious and
competitive diving program in the San Diego area.  What can you recommend?

The best thing to do is go to:
www.usadiving.org, click on the clubs link, go to find a club and use the drop down arrow to find CA and a list of clubs will pop up. There is one listing for San Diego and others in the Southern Ca. area.
