High Diving Techniques & Troubleshooting for Beginners

Hi,
I have recently started high diving only two lessons, but I was wondering about techniques in general at the start of the dive, but also I was trying a duck dive but bil out at the top for some reason something does not click.

Can you help on that but also in general.

Anthony--I am not sure what type of high diving you are dealing with.  Are you referring to springboard diving or platform diving, and if springboard is it 3m. or 1m.?
I really can't advise you(other than to say make sure you are diving from a balanced position, and you are standing tall when you leave the board/platform.)
