Question
hey i would like to know some good grip, forearm and wrist workouts based for wrestling and if there are any types of equipment i should use or buy. thanks

Answer
Well this is fairly simple, a good grip can be achieved with those grip workouts. I don't remember specifically what they are called but you just place this sort of nutcracker thing in your hand and just squeeze. You can change the difficulty. I am not aware of anything with the forearms but I do know a way to work out the wrists. You just take a weight and you grip it and place your hand over a surface. The backside of your hand should be hanging off the table or surface. Then basically you just move it up and down and this should increase your wrist strength. I hope this helps. Seek your coach for further workouts that I am unaware of. Good luck
