Help on Moves

Hi.I'm a wrestler in MI. I'm not a beginner ive been wrestling for about two years (Freshmen-sophmore year) i know my moves off the mat but in a real match i forget most of them and then just start impervising and i have great trouble remembering moves what should i do? because i have much heart to become the best :)

I also have been looking for wrestling moves on the web to study to print into like a packet so i dont always have to go on the web so if you no of any site printabl please tell?

any help would be grately needed..

How much wrestling do you watch?  It seems that you are thinking about the skills rather than finding a zone and performing in that zone.

i think you need to watch more wrestling and be patient.  Wrestling moves have to become automatic.  Just like running or throwing a baseball.  You don't think about it you just do it.  Their is however an intellectual component of the match that points you to what move you want to hit but you must drill and practice until the moves become automatic.  Then you will be wrestling rather than thinking about it.
