Becoming a professional wrestler

Question
Hi, my aim in life is to become a professional wrestler with WWE company, I currently live in Malta and want to migrate to the U.S. so that I can train professional wrestling, the problem is that I don't have any family members that live in the U.S. so I don't know how i can get a Visa to permanently live and work in the U.S. to be able to train professional wrestling there, can you please tell me how I can permanently live and work in the U.S.? Thank you
Kind regards,
Brenda A.

Answer
Brenda, I am not a Visa expert, but we have business experts here who can help with how to get one, where to go, etc.

Now, there is no permanent way to work here. You still have to be able to renew the Visa at certain times, and also you have to work a job here in the US when you come over for the Visa to be any good. Otherwise you'd need a green card if you were just a student.

America has a ton of rules on how to do certain things. However, it's only to be protective of the country and it's people.

Now, my advice would be that since you are so close to the UK area, to train there instead of America. They have excellent schools there that have taught some of the best in the world, and others have come through there to train. People like Wade Barrett, Sheamus, Drew McIntrye, William Regal, etc. all trained in the UK before going to America. They teach a great style that WWE, TNA, and other top promotions love. And they are thorough with it. So, you'd be trained well most places in the UK catch-as-catch-can style. Famously, it's simply called the UK style. And it's one of the few styles that are so great and technical, it fits with any wrestling style.

Hope this helped! Let me know if you have any other questions!
