Football Receiver Training: Speed & Vertical Jump - A Beginner's Guide

Hi my name is Ranford and Im 6'3 185. I played football my freshman year of high school and thats all. I played water polo from that moment and on. People was telling me about my athletic abilities all the time. So now that im at a community college in Los Angeles, Ca at LA Valley. Im trying out for the football team and training with them too. Im trying out for receiver and im the slowest receiver and I cant even dunk at 6'3, but I can touch rim. Im pretty close. I want a workout system to follow after the team stops training together so I can put in extra hours. I want to become faster and jump higher. Also I need to work my core because thats also weak. Im stronger in the weight room than all the other receivers. I want to become a force to be reconed with! Hope to hear for you soon.

If you are really serious get the P90X program....Many high schools & colleges use this regimen very successfully.  I personally use it also.......It's a very detailed 90 day program.  I promise you that you will not be disappointed....
