how do i become a good running back if im a lineman

My name is malcolm and i would like to become a running back and lots of people have been doubting me by saying that i am not going to make it any where i was wondering if you could help me out.

Let me encourage you to really get serious about nutrition first though.  Very much neglected, this is teh start to energy, proper sleep amount, & the general feeling during detailed & tough workouts....
