Strength & Conditioning Program for Injured Linebacker (UK)

Question
Hi, I'm a MLB in the UK. I recently had an injury which broke my tib & fib and waiting for that to heal then im leaving it an extra season so it has rehabilitaed properly. In that time I want to build up my strength, speed and weight. Currently I weigh 196lbs. I'm not sure what I can bench press and obviously my squat strength will have gone whilst i heal. My qualities are I'm very fast side line to sideline and I have a very high awareness. I'm very quick but what I lack is mass. My aim is to build strength, power and mass without losing my speed. What weight should I be for a MLB and how much should I be able to bench press, squat and 40yard dash time? Also have you any help how I could use my season off to improve on everything and therefore be a better player than before. Thanks a million in advance. Kieron.

Answer
If you are really serious check out www.P90X....My team uses that program exclusively.  Many D1 & D2 teams utilize the program for strength & muscle mass.  I can get you one at a discount if you are serious....
