im 15 and a sophmore in highschool and ive been playing football for 5 years with my friends but only played on a team 1 time, which was this year because of family issues.im 5,10 weight 145 i bench 155 have a 4.6 forty im ukrainian.i started reicever and DB on junior varsity.
i want to get better and i want to know what i can do to improve my footwork and make sharper cuts as reciver. i also want to imove my hand speed and aggresiveness when i catch the ball.what can i do to imrove these things.also want to get faster but dont want to do squats because it stunts my growth.what should i do

#1....Whomever said squats would stunt your growth was an idiot.....Tens of thousands of professional athletes in every sport do some some of squats for lower total body strength.  Even seven foot pro basketball players do squats.

Find a good strength & conditioning coach in your area....Check w/ a local college & set up an appointment.  You can also look for a professional trainer.  They can be very specific w/ nutrition, the proper exercise, & the conditioning program you need to do for your specific circumstances & sport.....One program I would personally suggest would be P90X.  Check out their infomercial on TV or go to PX90.com.
