Gaining Muscle for Football: A Weight & Position Guide

hi my name is mat and i weight 125 pounds and i may be playing as a defencive back or wide reciver or any position of that sort, and i was wondering if there is a way i can put on extra meat so i don't get knocked down as easy, i have lots of muscle which pretty much most of my body weight so i am confused on what to do

     Matt you need to get on a eating program, which includes lots of proteins.  Foods like peanut butter, tuna fish, steak, pork, and chicken.  Also lift weights alot this summer while you are eating.  A guy your size can afford to over eat.  You can eat as much junk food as you want.  You should be eating at least 3500 calories a day.  GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL!
