out of batters box

Question
In ASA slow pitch the batter is required to be in the batter's box when the pitch is delivered. What should be called if the batter is not in the batter's box when the pitch is delivered?

Answer
Hi Perry,

In ASA play both feet must be in the batter's box at the delivery of the pitch. You can touch the lines but no part of the foot may outside the lines.

We don't let the pitcher pitch until they're in the box.  If for some reason (it would never happen) but I didn't see it until the ball is being delivered...no pitch
