Question
If a pitched ball hits the ground on it's way to the plate and is hit by the batter into fair territory was is the ruling?

Answer
Thanks for the question!

If you're talking about a pitch that has hit the ground and the batter stills swings at the pitch and hits the ball fair... this is legal in fast pitch.  Fair ball... the batter better start running for first!

I hope this answers your question, if not please replay with a followup.
