hey its me again i was wondering what are ankle turns? and what are some calf stretches i can do to help strengthen my ankle after a severe ankle sprain?

An ankle turn is as follows.  Sit on the floor put one leg out and cross the other.  Turn the crosses ankle clockwise and then counter clockwise to get the muscle warm.  A calf stretch you can do is as follows.  Place both hands on the wall and step back about three feet (lean against the wall with both hands outstretched.  Now bring in your right leg, keep your left leg back with your heel on the floor.  Now move your pelvis forward (make sure you keep your heel on the floor) hold for 20 - 30 seconds.  Change legs after you feel a good stretch.
