Great Lakes #1 Spincast Reel.

Hello Robert. I have acquired a Great Lakes #1 Spincast Reel. It comes with it's Original Box, Pamplet And Casting Plug. They are all in Excellent Plus Unfished Condition. I am trying to find out the Value of the Reel and the Year it was Manufactured.  Thank You.   Ron.

Great Lakes was a mid level size company, that made fishing tackle from the 50s to the 70s. I believe your reel was made in the 1950s, but I recommend posting a question at ORCA.

Great Lakes made medium to low price tackle, I would expect your reel to sell for $30-40, mainly because you have the original box, insert etc. The reel alone would be $5 - 10 range.
