Value & Details of Horrocks and Ibbotson Fishing Rod - #1 - 18

My grandma recently gave my dad a fishing pole. WE have no idea what the value of it is. Heres what it says on the pole:
Crown Imperial
Custom built by Horrocks and Ibbotson exclusively for Klein's Sporting Goods inc. Chicago 6. Ill
Power Glass

Then right next to the print it says #1 - 18.
The main thing we would like to know is what does the #1 - 18 mean?

Hi TJ,

Obviously, it is a private label rod made by H-I for Klein's.  The model name and number would be whatever Klein's wanted to call the rod and a way for the maker to distinguish between rods made for Klein's.

So, the Crown Imperial and the #1-18 would have meaning to Klein's but aren't listed in the H-I materials that I have.  Value of the rod would be in the $20-$40 range depending on actual condition.
