Value & Use of Miracle Silent Automatic Fly Reel Model 1697C

I have a Miracle Silent Automatic no. 1697 model C  what is it worth? Should I fish with it or collect it?

Hello Rodney, This is not a high dollar collectable reel so I would say go ahead and fish with it.  People do collect these automatic fly reels but they just don't seem to bring alot of money.  I would say it would probably bring around $20 in a sale.  Put some line on it and head for the lake.
