Heddon Pal Superlative #770 Trout Rod Review: Value & Daily Fishing Use

I recently bought a heddon pal superlative #770 - trout 7'  e-heh for 20$.  is it of value or can I use it for daily fishing?  It came with orginal sleeve and metal case.  Thank you

How do you know it is bamboo is my first thought. Is it flat or round sided. I believe a 7 foot Heddon rod , with pal and the number 700 on it, is round and made of fiberglass. I also think it's a casting rod. Not very collectable
If so , fish it. The resale value for a fiberglass is very small, like $20
If not then I need detailed descriptions and pictures
