Charter Fishing

Question
Do you know if there is Charter Fishing off the Atlantic Coast (Delaware, Maryland) in the last weeks of January to the beginning of February?

There are 2 Charter Boats out of Indian River that fish this time of year, but they are smaller boats 35 foot or so. Weahter is not that great so you need to be flexible on when you can fish.
The Karen Sue, and the On Delivery Charters go out in January and February.
There are 2 Head boats The Bandit, and Thelma Dale IV
