hey marc i was just wondering if i could get a good fresh water reel and a good rod and 25 pound test line for under 20.00$ please tell me where i could get it in saskatchawan saskatoon or humboltd

Hi Colby,

I am not familiar with your area.  But even at something like Wal-Mart it is going to be tough to get a rod/reel/line combo for $20.

Line alone is going to be $6-8.   

You may be able to watch web sites like Cabelas or Bass Pro Shops for close-outs on combos.  With hunting equipment taking the most notice soon, they may be featuring some good deals on fishing stuff.  You may be able to find something in the $40 range now and then.
