fishing rod identification

have a heddon #7650 6' pack rod (trailblazer) 4 piece. with aluminum case. any idea what it might be worth?

Is it flat or round sided ? Is it fly or cast ? (fly rods have the reel on the bottom while cast has the handle on the bottom)
Fly bamboo rods command at least some value while fiberglass and especially graphite rods  are rarely collected, commanding much less value.
The rod #7650 is not in my books  or memory. The length indicates a casting rod.
