Using Corned Beef as Fishing Bait: A Guide

is corned beef any good for bait if so how do you put it on the hook

I have never heard of corned beef used as bait.  That said, I don't doubt that it may work for something like carp, catfish, or bullheads.

Even balled up on a treble hook, I see it dissolving and breaking up pretty quickly once in the water.  If you did want to try it, I'd put it in little mesh bags like we do with salmon eggs.  

Who knows, it's worth a try!
