hurd super caster

the super caster i have is only 4 foot long it does not look like it has been broken or cut off all the guides are in place and the reel works fine the serial number is 33330 has anyone heard of the 4 foot length and what is it worth thanks

They came in a variety of lengths, however, I havent seen a catalog of lengths.

The value of the reel will range from $125 to $225 depending on condition, if you have the original bag and paperwork. Most sell around $150. They are hot right now with collectors, so its a good time to sell it on ebay, etc.
