fly fishing rod and reel

thinking of purchasing a double L fly reel by ll Bean and a Quest II, four piece fly rod made of high modulos graphite for $200.00, would this be a good investment for a begginer fly fishing rod?

Emil - The Quest II would make a good beginners fly rod.  I don't know much about the Double L reels. I do know LL Bean has good customer service and a solid guarantee.  I don't know what sort of fishing you are going to be doing or what weight rod you are looking for - but generally speaking you will be fine any number of entry level rods available.  You might look at Cabelas Three forks/prestige combo is also a great deal (about half what you paying for the LL Bean set-up) and these are great beginner rods as well.  Cabelas also has a great guarantee and customer service.  I hope this helps and good luck with the fishing.
