pull/hook

Question
hi im a 8 handicap 22 yrs old, im 6 ft 3 and i seem to be having a problem with pulling the ball, and sometimes pull hooking it. ive been working on my grip making it weaker and it has seemed to help a lot most of the time, but sometimes i get on a streak of pulling it, especially with 7 though driver. I feel like i know what is going on but dont know how to fix it. when i hit a bad pull hook i can basically feel it in my lower back. i feel like through impact i am tilting from my hips to my right side and therefore pulling my arms across my body and pulling it. i used to hit most of these thin because i could also feel i was yanking my head up, but i have worked on keeping my head down and now i hit it solid and pulled. so my thinking is im dropping my hips too soon or im starting down with my hands too soon, i dont really know which. so if you think you know what im doing wrong then help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Answer
Hello there and you for asking.  I understand what you are
asking, and this ia mainly because your arms are outracing your body and your midsection is not turning in sync with your arms' release.  This also has to do with an early shoulder release or not keeping your back to the target long enough.  Holding the wrist lag longer will also help, by relaxing the right arm on the downswing.

But before I get into any more detail, you should read some of the relevant FAQ's I have already taken time to write out which will give you much better knowledge of your issue and then if you have any
