golf swing help

Question
Hi stanley, I am 20 years old and have a big problem with my golf game. I always mishit the ball with every shot apart from putting (well almost putting). I hit the ball thin most of the time but also hit it fat when i take a divot. This affects my driver and 3 wood aswell as my irons. I have 2 swing videos that you can look at if you want, here are the links to them :-

Answer
thank you very much for your question.  i have indeed looked at your swing and i would like to thank you for your effort to post this online.  it tells me a lot that you want to really work at this game.  so in return, i will answer your question to the best of my ability.  by the way... was that a swing that you were satisfied with?  if so, i would prefer to watch a clip of your swing that you were not satisfied with.  but first, lets work with what we have.  i am going to go through some pros about your swing.  you have good stance.   i am not so sure about your grip because i can't really zoom in.  but that looks fine too.  you have a nice flexibility and a nice looking swing.  good wrist cock and descent follow through to max your distance.  nice tempo.  a little, tiny bit fast but good enough if that is what you are comfortable with.  good extension and full finish.  now then... lets talk about the cons that is going to help you fix your swing.  i saw a lot of faults with your set-up.  the angle of your club is too shallow at adress.  it should be a little bit more upright to point at your belt buckle.  second, you should allow some more space between you and the club.  these set up problems can lead to bad contacts and these are the first things you NEED to work on NOW before you fix anything else.  take care of this first.  now then... lets talk about mechanics.  yes indeed... the first second that i saw your swing i knew that you need to work on your takeaway.  WAY TOO SHALLOW on the take away.  this is no surprise because the club at setup is shallow itself.  after you make a LITTLE bit more upright, make the takeaway a little bit more upright too.  basically, a straight extension at the takeaway should do it.  tiger woods has the PERFECT takeaway and compare yourself to his.  focus on that takeaway. now then... i remember my student had an exact same problem as yours.  shallow on the takeaway and steep on the downswing.  i think you can notice the fault yourself.  proper swing should be this.  good takeaway and a downswing that is shallower than your takeaway.  make sense?  your swing is the opposite. your swing promotes an out to in swing rather than in to out swing.  this fault leads to inconsistency of ball contacts.  master this and you will see the difference. so here is my advice.  fix your set up and focus on that club angle.  make it sligtly upright.  then swing pact, keeping that SAME angle of the club.  so now, to your eyes, the club should look like its going outside the target the line during your takeaway.  when you reach the backswing... you should feel like you are in an upright position.  from there, make a slight inside swing to approach the ball.  the rest of your swing seems to be fine.  you have nice spine angle and you maintain that nicely throughout the swing.  you have nice strong extension so keep that up.  good luck and if you are in any doubt, let me know and i will answer any quesions.
