freestyle turn

2016/7/15 11:57:58

Question
Hi Kate

As usual as I approach the wall I will put my hands at the side of my body. After I flip over in the freestyle turn, my hands tend to be at the side of my body (near my hips) instead of on top.

What's the problem?

Thank you

Eddie

Answer
Good Morning,
I think I need a little more information from you.  It sounds like your freestyle turn is right are you pushing your arms up like you are going into the breast stroke. I apologize if I completely misunderstand you and will try to answer your question when I get more specifics from you.
