2016/7/15 11:59:32

Question
can you please tell me that what is tread water?? and how it could be practiced?

Answer
Faisal,
Treading water is the practice of staying afloat in water by exerting the least amount of energy.  It is used to just "stay" in the water.  There are many forms of this.  I actually came accross are a really good site not too long ago that steps you through a process.  Again, there are many ways to tread water.  This website goes over one way.  One thing to keep in mind is that you should have someone (a lifeguard or coach) present to help you.  If you don't feel comfortable in the water, this will help you out.

This next site actually has pictures of someone treading water.  I like the way he talks you through it too.

I hope that this has helped you out.  I normally don't like to refer people to other sites, but these two sites do an amazing job with pictures and diagrams.  I can't draw on this site.

Best of luck, and please let me know if you need anything else.
Eric
