Surf/Swim Workout

2016/7/15 12:00:32

Question
Currently I am a college senior and just lately I've gotten pretty heavily into surfing. I go about twice (as much as time allows)a week. I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
Do you have any advice concerning exercises that would be of benefit in the water? I have been concentrating on shoulders, bicepts, tricepts and back. But, more specific muscle groups, exercises would be helpful.

Thanks A Lot,
J.Corrado

Answer
Judging by what you said you are working on, you are doing the right things.  You may also want to do ab work daily and leg work also.  Alternate between leg work and upper body work when you train.
Keep up the work and you should see a difference.
