Question
I am an ex-swimmer turned rower.  Due to a knee surgery, I am unable to run
stadiums in the morning with the team and am looking for a workout to
simulate 30 minutes of running stadiums.  I've tried the basic kick sets but am
looking for splits I should be getting and advice on how to mimic the burst of
power required for stadiums.  Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hi Carrie!
This is a little outside my field but I think it will be difficult to mimic that intensity with a shock to your knees. Have you tried an elliptical trainer.. the calorie burner is higher than running and you can set it to cardio trainer without the shock to your legs, I personally love this machine especially with a sweat belt. This with a bit of leg strength work should about equal missing the stadium runs. I am sorry I could not be of more assistance but I hope this helps a bit!
Good Luck!!
