i would like to know where to began to become a wrestler im 19 yrs old,  have been a fan all my life and i know i could make it with the right training and opportunity, i live in tennessee ,  would love all the help i can get

Well I would recommend seeking out the amateur wrestling team at your school. Some schools have it but otherwise I am sure your college would have a varsity team that you could try out for. Maybe JVs. I would also recommend talking to your coaches at your college teams as they have the best knowledge. Also, you could try to find a wrestling club. They coach you, take you to tournaments and etc. Again, ask the coaches or just try to yellow book it. Good luck.
