Pre-Season Wrestling Training: Conditioning & Tips for 14-Year-Olds

Hi, I'm a 14 year old wrestler, and our season starts in a month. This is my second year wrestling. Do you have any tips or suggestions for conditioning and pre-season training? Thanks.

In fact I do have suggestions. Start working out by lifting weights and increasing your muscle weight. I would also suggest running to build up your endurence and speed. A bonus would be if you had someone to practice your moves on because the more you know the moves, the better your excute them. That would be the general suggestions I have.
