I am a first year wrestler, taking the varsity spot for my highschool team. I'm 5'10 at 171 lbs. I have little upper body strength but incredible lower body. Can you give me some pointers so i can utilize this?

What are you doing to increase your skill with your shot, level change, hip heist, and stand ups?

It is very important that you are drilling to not only use the strenght that you have but to also create a muscle memory of the correct position to battle from.
