Can I Swim My Way To Increased Height?

2016/7/21 15:04:05

Swimming is widely held in many circles as one of the best, if not the best, full body exercise you can undertake, using nearly every major muscle in your body throughout its course.

As we know exercise can help in gaining natural height, this would naturally lead us to the question of whether or not swimming is a good exercise routine for increasing height. Well we have the answers below, so if you love swimming or are thinking of taking it up more regularly, check out the results.

If we look at some of the many height gain exercises out there, we see that many of them use techniques that are very similar to techniques used in swimming, and this is just the first sign that swimming does indeed help in the realm of height gain.

One way that swimming also outpaces some other forms of exercise is that the effects of gravity are not pressing down upon you, meaning you're gaining the full benefit of your workout, without gravity stealing some of your thunder.

With many different swimming techniques out there, all using slightly different methods to propel you through the water, the question might be raised as to whether certain techniques are better than others, or some not effective at all. The answer is that all techniques are great full body workouts, and all have the same potential for height gain as the others. Stick with the swimming style you're most comfortable with, or switch it up if you know a few to really but your body through its paces.

A good swimming exercise should last in the range of 30 minutes, and for most people this probably won't be an issue, and may in fact be less than they're used to anyway. As for the rate at which you swim, certainly harder swimming will have greater effects, name by working your muscles that much more, and also by increasing the production of growth hormone in your system, but even a leisurely swim throughout this 30 minute period is more than sufficient.

So the answer is absolutely yes, swimming is a great workout for height, as well as many other areas of your physique. Swimming just 3 times a week is great for your health and body.

And compared to normal exercises, which many people often have trouble motivating themselves to perform, swimming is also an enjoyable experience, which many people do simply for the fun of it. There's really no reason not to add swimming to your weekly or even daily workout plan.
