1. Check the water heater settings:

Make sure the water heater is set to provide both hot and cold water.

2. Adjust the mixing valve: If your shower has a mixing valve (usually a knob or lever that controls the balance of hot and cold water), make sure it is turned to the open position (mixing).

3. Clean the shower head: Sometimes the shower head itself could be clogged with mineral deposits or sediment, restricting the flow of cold water. Remove the shower head and let it soak in a solution of white vinegar and warm water.
