Vintage Garcia Conolon fishing rod

Hello,
I recently bought an old vintage fishing rod in "brand New" condition (never used or opened. It was still in it's original Garcia conolon plastic bag with the paperwork and still wrapped. I had to open the bag to take some pictures of it. Well, my question is what in your opinion is the worth? Here is a description.....black blank, mostly red wrapping with some gold and white in it, wood handle, old school 2 pc. at handle, No stars, yellow GARCIA letters.

Hi Cesar,

In brand new condition, I would expect the rod to be valued around $40-$50.  This type of rod is not really my area of expertise so I can only make a guess based on some skimpy data in my reference books.

Another place to consider asking a question might be bloodydecks.com in their discussion forum.  They are a large group of folks who are very familiar with the glass boat rods and salt water applications.
