add about 30% for age of book.

You said it says  Ranger Aristocrat , I think you mean Granger Aristocrat. If the G is missing it is not in excellent condition.

Homel gives the  resale price from Homel for Wright &McGill "Aristocrat" fly rod 9' with an extra tip, 3 sections , 75, 185, and 345 for 395 for poor, good, and excellent condition respectively.

You might get 200 but check ebay for sure.
