Grandfathers old rod

I have a Horrocks Ibbotson, 1226 or 1276, 6-1/2 ft power glass rod. Registerd # 4-86, Crown Quality. Is there a market for this rod and does it have any value?

Hi Robert,

Yes, it has a value and there is a market.  The value isn't real high but the rod would be a nice one for most who like using glass rods.  Value would probably be in the $10-$40 range depending on actual condition of the rod.
