Value of Vintage Truetemper Fishing Rod & Reel (1930s-Pre WWII)

have a truetempered bager fishing rod and reel the reel has fishing seen etch in and rod is square and tapered and metal is it worth anything  thanks

Hi Mike,

It is probably from the 30's or sometime before WWII.  There isn't a big collector market for them.  The rod and reel may be worth $25-$40.  Watch eBay for the best idea on what it is worth.  Its a great piece of nostalgia and a great conversation piece behind a bar or in a den.  Enjoy it.
