swimming - hungry

2016/7/15 11:57:56

Question
hello sir/madam, how swimming makes us feel hungry?

Answer
Swimming makes you hungry because you are burning calories while you swim and your body needs food to replace those calories.  If you are training heavily, it is possible that you won't "feel" as hungry, but you still need to replace the calories that you used during training.
Hope this answers your question,
George
