Diving Off-Season

2016/7/15 12:00:02

Question
Coach Weber,

We will be entering our off-season in about a month.  With a full weight room (mostly universal type machines, dumbbells and hanging bars) what would you suggest as a dryland training circuit system?  Are there any publications or notes available?

Answer
Mike--My best suggestion is to concentrate on your abs(crunches, side sit-ups, leg lifts, etc.).
Also work on your calves and thighs on the universal leg lift and squat stations.  You also need to work on your triceps so you can push through the water on entry.
If you need more let me know.
George
