Hard Hitter NO

Question
I am a 8th grader that is 5ft 7in weighs 152 and is one of the biggest guys on my team. But i am scared to get hit cause I have the coaches yelling at me all the time to get lower, I try but I have really bad knees and they hurt all the time. Is there a way to get rid of the fear cause? I am tired of being scared.

Answer
Hello Connors

The first thing you need to do is have your knees evaluated by a good physician and then maybe a good physical therapist.

Your knees shouldn't hurt all of the time, that's not normal.  If your knees are damaged more at this point it could stop you from playing sports at all, EVER.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.
