Guide and how to make my own leaders.

Question
I am going to St. Croix, US Virgin Islands and I am looking for a guide to do Fly Fishing Inshore.
also. Do you know the pattern for making leaders, for bonefish, permit, snook, and small tarpon.  Thank you for your time and consideration.     Jerry Sone

I can help you with a charter, but I am not a fly fisherman.. at least no yet. Keep meaning to learn.
