Tru-Temper Rod & Brunson Reel Value - Fishing Gear Appraisal

I have a Tru-Temper,Uni-Spin 66, 7', two piece rod, with a Bronson reel, 66A.  Unusual in that the release button for the reel is located on top of the rod.  Average condition.  What is approximate value?

Hi Roger,

The Uni-Spin outfits tend to sell in the $15-$45 range depending on actual condition of the outfit.  It is an unusual outfit, but not all that rare.  

As a bit of history...American Fork and Hoe (1902) was originally a farm implements and tool maker that created the true temper brand; then branched out into the sporting goods industry eventually changing the company name to True Temper (1930); then it was acquired by Black and Decker in 1989.
