Those fish in the school that are actually yellow and blue striped, are Yellow Grunts! (Haemulon Sciurus).I have had the good fortune to catch many of them. Although some believe that brightly colored fish are not so good on the table, I knew plenty of Chamarro and Pillipinas that LOVED eating them!
