Question
Hi

I would like to know which Swiming technique helps in developing which parts of the body.

Answer
Peterjack--
Swimming is good for the core muscles(abs and back) in general.  If you do kicking drills, you will strengthen your legs and hips.  Overall, swimming tones, but it tones all your muscles, not develops(makes bigger) any of your muscles.  To make muscles bigger you need to add a weight training regimine also.
