Skateboarding Bigginer

Hello, I am a 13 year old girl and i would like to start skateboarding. I have neaver done this before but i would like to start

1) What type of board i should buy (what it the best i can afford it)

2) What should i work on to start (eg. stand on it boaerd down the road?)

If you could anser thease i would be very happy

hi katie, you should go to your local skateshop and have them advise you on the board, they can see what would best suit you, then when they have the board they can advise you on trucks and wheels and bearings, so just go there, that'll be best.

yeah start to learn how to ride around on the board and get comfortable with that, then ask me again and we'll talk tricks, goodluck!
