i was just wondering if u could give me some pointers on jumping and stoping on slopes which dont include crashing into something?
thanks it would be much apericated

Answer
Hello Saige. I can try to help you with this but it seems better asked to an aggressive skater. When jumping you always want to maintain as low a center of gravity as you can cuz this will help with your balance. So try to lean your body down as well as bring your feet up. On the landing you want to bend your knees and come down like a spring. Start with small jumps, not even over something but just going down the road. When you ask about slopes I assume you mean going down hills. The best way to stop at the end of a hill is to go down slowly. If you have the room you can zig zag down the hill like you see snow skiiers. This will keep you slower and it will be easier to stop at the bottom. If you have a break on your skate you can use that the whole way down to keep you slow as well. When you use your break you want to keep your knee bent and your body low. This will help you maintain your balance. At the bottom you can either use the brake on the back of your skate or you can T-stop. THats where you bring one of your skates (usually if you are right handed then your right skate) behind the other so that both your skates make a T shape. Then you drag the back foot till you stop. I hope these suggestion can help you. Good luck.
