Cannondale Bike Qustion

I reverently purchased an older Cannonadale Bike 24" with the numbers on the bottom CC119. It also says paten pending I do not know what year it was made, if it is a road bike, or mountain bike. It is yellow and in very good shape. Can you tell me something about this bike, or recommend where to go to find out some info. on it? Is it a good quality bike, etc? Cannondale is a good brand. I have a Cannondale touring frame. If the bike has drop handlebars, then its a road bike. Also the thinkness of the tires and rims can indicate that (thin = road).

A 24" bikle indicates a kids bike, not an adult's.
